Our team is knitted together by passion and love for children and the magic that is only present during childhood. It’s their task to meet the needs and strengths of your child. Unhurried interactions and being fully presence are the core tools used by our teachers. We nurture your child not just from the head, but also from the heart, so they can grow into a confident and competent, curious active explorer. Our programme is underpinned by our core values of wonder, curiosity and love. We believe and trust in the amazing natural capabilities of our little hearts.

Whilst our team has qualifications from teacher college,  education university and diploma’s, degrees and masters, the best qualifications at Palms Educare are our heart qualifications. Mother Teresa talked about doing small things with great love. Don't our children need that? Great love? What a great privilege if that is our task.

Meet our owner and director

Fang Yang

Fang is a fully qualified and early childhood registered teacher and has 16 years experience in the early childhood sector. She is a mother of 3 boys. Fang had a dream for a long time. When she started teaching she felt something was missing in training. Whilst the trainer provider did a fantastic job educating the mind, she believed in the Words of Aristotle “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no educating at all”. That’s when she decided that she had to go out and set up her own centre. From there everything is history and Palms Educare was born.

We take care of little hearts

We are in the business of nurturing little hearts. A collaborative community based on a loving, trusting respectful relationship is important for your child. Our teachers prepare beautiful environments where your child can play unhurried, form connections with the inner and the outer world and feel secure. When your child feels emotionally secure, with a sense of belonging they will play freely and their imagination will flourish. Our teachers prepare the environment for your child based on their individual needs and strengths.
